Christ King Hr Sec School Gogamukh is a minority educational institution run by the Missionaries of Saint Francis De Sales, Dibrugarh Province under the patronage of Most Rev AkkasiusToppo, the Bishop of Tezpur. The Provincial of Dibrugarh province appoints the Principal of the school in consultation with his council. The Principal is responsible for the day to day running of the school as per the policy laid down for the Fransalian Educational institutions. He appoints the other staff in consultation with governing body.

Congregation of the Sisters of Nazerath collaborates with the MSFS fathers in running the affairs of the school.
